Fusion Connect is excited to announce Customer Provided Dial Tone (CPDT), a new offering that provides telephony in countries where Fusion Connect is not currently a service provider. This new offering maintains seamless connectivity with Microsoft Teams through local telco providers, expanding service coverage.
Fusion Connect offers Operator Connect for Microsoft Teams in over 30 countries and is expanding further. In other areas, Fusion Connect helps customers engage with local telecom providers and integrate with Microsoft Teams using CPDT (sometimes referred to as Session Border Controller as a Service). Numbers, users, and trunks are managed centrally, ensuring streamlined management and integration.
