    Can I lock in the promotional rate if I’m not ready to migrate yet?

    Answer: Yes! You can lock in the at $85/month for 12 months while planning your migration to our POTS Replacement solution. At the end of the 12 months your price may increase.

    Are there any additional costs in addition to the monthly rate?

    Answer: Shipping and taxes are not included in the monthly rate. Some installations may require external antennas, additional or extended site visits, or a wireline WAN connection.

    Are prices based on the number of lines at a location, or the total number of lines?

    Answer: Prices are based on the number of lines at each location. 

    Is there a limit on the number of lines at a location?

    Answer: No, there is no limit!

    Answer: Our team coordinates with your schedule to minimize downtime, and thorough testing ensures the solution works as expected before it goes live.
