How to Set Up the Audio Conference Outlook Plug-In
The Outlook Plug-in integrates the audio conferencing services with Outlook and is available for download within the Voice Manager.
With this software, the conference moderator can use the "Meet-Me Conference" feature in Outlook to schedule conferences. And, participant Join details are automatically populated within an Outlook appointment.
