INTRODUCTION VOICEOVER: Dive into the world of innovation with us as we unravel the challenges, breakthroughs, and latest trends that are shaping our digital landscape. This is Tech UNMUTED, your guide to the tech revolution.
GEORGE: Welcome to a special episode of Tech UNMUTED. I want to give you some highlights for the upcoming Enterprise Connect Conference that takes place at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando on March 25th to 28th. A couple of things I want to point out. We are there, Fusion Connect, so stop by. We're at booth 1305. We would love to talk to you about the future of collaboration, and in particular, Microsoft Teams.
You'll also get the opportunity to hear from Terry Corder, our VP of Cloud Solution Architecture at Fusion Connect. He'll be giving a theater presentation that's focused on Microsoft Teams calling, as well as Copilot, and really a lot of broader stuff around how voice is becoming a digital asset in organizations.
Santi and I wanted to give you a quick review of the overall agenda. He and I have been in a lot of conferences over the last six to eight months. We've seen some of these similar themes taking place, but we saw three in this one. I'll let Santi grab the first one.
SANTI: Yes, there's three that bubbled up to the top. The first one is really the topic of AI and automation's impact on the workforce, or the workspace, or the workspaces, or the hybrid workspaces. There's so many words for-- or flexible workspaces. Bottom line is, it's all about AI and automation. There'll be sessions that look at how it's transforming meetings, how it's transforming customer experiences, unified communications in general, how that's being impacted. Bottom line, it's going to be a very, very strong focus on AI in general when it comes to everyday work. That's one that really bubbled up to the top for me.
GEORGE: Second one we saw was integration in cloud services and enterprise communication. A lot of this is this ongoing shift towards cloud-based platforms, and how do you integrate multiple components, and how do you have them pre-integrated out of the box? Clearly, Microsoft Teams is leading the way here with a really cross-integrated platform. I'll let Santi hit on the third one.
SANTI: Yes. The third one is something we've been talking about for a long time, which is really that shift to platforms, moving to a platform. Basically, the future of collaboration platforms, contact center as a service platforms. Hey, by the way, Microsoft 365 as a platform. Really, it's a focus on integrating unified communications with contact center as a service, with AI, weaving it all together to deliver as seamless as possible, and enhancement and interactions as possible. They're really focused on driving these three things together to make the outcome so much more positive and efficient really for everyday workers, for people who work at contact centers or call centers, or just everyday outbound sales calls and sales people. That's really what this third one's about. It's that whole future collaboration and AI coming together. That's one that really, really interests me.
GEORGE: Hey, if you want to learn more about the future collaboration, the intersection with AI, you've got to be at Enterprise Connect this year, and you've got to stop by Fusion Connect's booth at 1305. We look forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks.
SANTI: Come by and say hello.
